Do you offer gift cards?

What are the payment options?
We take all major payment options and cards. Contact us to reduce your price by paying with cash or Venmo.
What is your return policy?
We value you as our customer and want you to be happy with your purchases with us. In the event you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please email us with details about your issue and we will do our best to resolve it with you. Please note that once sold, soaps and other beauty products cannot be resold. This makes refunds difficult and not guaranteed, but we will do our best to work with you.
How do your soaps get their color?
We use only natural, botanical (plant) ingredients to add color to our soap. Many of our soap bars don't have added ingredients for color at all. See our ingredients page for more information about the spices and root powders we use for coloring.
What is the PH and "super fat" percentage of our soap?
Each soap product description on the products page includes the item's PH and "super fat" % at the top of the item description.
Can I get a discount for buying with cash or Venmo?
Contact us, but the short answer is probably. Certain payment methods including cash and Venmo are free for us to process, and we're happy to pass that savings on to you.
Could we make a custom soap for you?
It is always worth contacting us to ask if we are currently able to make a custom soap or order. We welcome your more general product ideas as well.
